Hello my dear fellow Chefs, How you all doing? I'm doing great as always.

As I mentioned in my previous blog that I'll be making a special dish for my best friend's birthday, I made a deliciously soft and fluffy Strawberry Cake.

He's a Malayali who spent almost half of his lifetime in U.K and I'm a Tamil girl, we both were connected from the moment we met each other in spite of the language and culture difference.

We share a lot in common, this made us to talk for hours and hours that never got bored at all. He's the best guy I ever met.

He's a great supporter and motivator of mine. Dear Best Friend if you are reading this, I'm soo lucky to have you in my life and I wish you all the Positivity, Happiness and Strength.

Many more Happy returns of the Day. This is my gift for you💝
