Hey Fellas, How you all doing? It's been a while, isn't it. Was caught up with personal work few days, happy connecting to you all after a while.
So I baked something delicious last week and very much excited to share the recipe with you all. Let's get back to business.
Ingredients Needed
- Ripen Bananas - 3nos
- All Purpose Flour/ Maida - 1 3/4 cups
- Salt - 1tsp
- Eggs - 2nos
- White Sugar - ½ cup
- Brown Sugar - 1/4 cup
- Yogurt/Curd - 2tbsp
- Baking Powder - 1tsp
- Baking Soda - 1tsp
- Butter - ½ cup
- Vanilla Extract - 1tsp
- Choco Chips - 1cup
- Spice Powder - 1tsp
- Cinnamon - 2
- Cardamom - 2
- Cloves - 4
- Nutmeg - ½
Blend to a fine powder.
Method of Preparation
- Mash and keep the ripen bananas aside.
- In a dry bowl sieve the all purpose flour, Spice powder, Salt, Baking powder and Baking Soda. Set it aside.
- In a new bowl, add the butter, white sugar, brown sugar and mix it with an electric hand blender.
- Add the eggs and keep mixing with a electric hand blender.
- Now add the yogurt, Vanilla extract and give it a mix.
- It's time to add the Star of the recipe, Mashed Bananas.
- Add the dry ingredients which we have prepared at the beginning, give it a mix.
- Add one cup of chocolate chips and mix it.
IT'S BAKING TIME!
- Butter the bread mould and add parchment paper to it.
- Add the batter and top it with Choco Chips.
- Bake it under 180 degrees for one hour.
- If you don't have an Oven then take a wide Cookware add a bed of rock salt to it and keep a stand on it to hold the bread mould.
- Close with a lid and bake it over in a medium high heat for an hour.
TaDaaaaa! There you go, delicious soft and fluffy banana bread is ready.
