Homemade Choco_Nut Brownie

Bonjour my dear Sous-Chefs, Hope you all doing well.

Today we're gonna learn about something Chocolatey

Well this is one of my favorite recipe which I used to bake often. Let me start with the ingredients needed.

Ingredients

  • All Purpose flour/ Maida - 1 Cup
  • Cocoa Powder - 1/4th Cup
  • Coffee - 1tsp
  • Granulated White Sugar - 1/2 Cup
  • Brown Sugar - 1/2 Cup
  • Salt - 1tsp
  • Eggs - 2
  • Butter - 50ml
  • Vegetable Oil - 100ml
  • Dark Chocolate - 100g
  • Almond, Cashew, Walnut as needed.

Method of Preparation

  • In a clean bowl first add the wet ingredients. Break the two eggs and add it to the bowl then add White and Brown Sugar. Whisk it till the sugar dissolves.
  • Add butter, oil and salt to the mixture and whisk it.
  • If you wanna make the brownie even more chocolatey and rich you can add a cup of melted chocolate to the mixture at this time.
  • Now it's time to sieve and mix the dry ingredients, start with sieving the maida, cocoa powder and coffee(this elevates the chocolate taste and make the brownie richer, if you don't like coffee it's completely optional) into the wet mixture.
  • Now take a spatula and slowly fold and mix the dry ingredients to the mixture.
  • Hey it's decoration time. You can be totally creative at this part, add choco chips or dark chocolate pieces and nuts you desire into the mixture.

It's Baking Time
  • Butter the brownie mold and place the parchment paper inside.
  • Add the mixture to it. Tap twice to release the air bubbles.
  • There are two ways to cook this brownie. The one with and without Oven.
  • If you have no oven, Chill. There's always a way.
  • Take a wide cookware, add a bed of rock salt to it.
  • Preheat it for 6-8 minutes then keep a stand over the salt bed and then place the brownie mold.
  • Close and bake it for 40 minutes in medium high heat.
  • In oven preheat it for 10 minutes and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degree.

Tadaa!
There you go, your perfect Choco Nut Brownie is ready!
Serve it with a Scoop of Ice Cream.

Bon Appètit!
